性能特點

產品在包裝物中為濃稠液體狀。一旦遇到空氣則發生化學交聯而固化。固化後形成一種聚脲彈性橡膠膜。該材料對混凝土砂漿、大理石、陶瓷、鋁合金、聚氨酯發泡劑、PVC等有較好的粘附力。一般情況下，建議使用合適的底塗劑，以使其對基材有更好的粘結性能。在PU保溫層平整面上和XPS板上可不用底塗劑。材料固化後，其可直接暴露於室外空氣中使用，顏色不發生改變，無須保護層。其具有優異的防水性能和耐磨性能。其可承受車輛的磨壓，可供行人，車輛通行。

優點和特性

聚脲地坪的優點和特性

1、反應活性高 、固化速度快 、垂直面 、頂面及任意曲面可連續噴塗不流掛聚脲彈性體不需要催化劑，5～10秒鐘凝膠，30分鐘達步行強度，一次施工厚度無限制，施工周期短、效率高。剛性聚氨酯固化時間30秒～10分鐘。

2、100%固含量、無有機物揮發、無毒，系無污染的綠色噴塗技術

3、金屬、非金屬底材均有極強附著力。如鋼、鋁、鋼筋水泥、木材、玻璃鋼、聚氨酯泡沫等。

4、對溫度 、濕度不敏感，施工時受環境溫度 、濕度影響小。噴塗聚脲彈性體時，在－40℃的低溫、高環境濕度時可施工，甚至可在水面和冰面固化。聚氨酯彈性體底材最低溫度為露點以上3℃，低環境濕度。

5、耐低溫 、高溫穩定性好。聚脲彈性體塗層，可在－45℃～120℃下長期使用，並能承受160℃的短時熱衝擊。聚氨酯彈性體塗層耐低溫及高溫性能比聚脲稍差。

6、耐候性，耐老化性好。脂肪族聚脲不受紫外線侵蝕，不易變黃。肪香族聚脲雖泛黃，但無粉化和開裂，可長期使用。耐冷熱衝擊及風雨霜雪的交變衝擊。

7、彈性體和剛性體塗層有優異的物理性能。如抗拉強度、撕裂強度、衝擊強度、粘接力、抗陰極剝離、絕緣強度、延伸率、耐磨性等。優異的低溫韌性。調節配方，硬度可從軟橡皮（邵A30）到硬彈性體（邵D75）之間變化。彈性體時一種介於橡膠和塑膠之間的高分子合成材料，它即有塑膠的高強度，又有橡膠的高彈性。

8、優異的裝飾、防腐、防水、防濕滑功能。可耐大部分腐蝕介質酸（中等強度以下）、鹼、鹽、海水等的長期浸泡，是優異的重防腐材料。

9、使用成套設備進行噴塗，可現場施工、快速固化、生產效率高。專用設備每班（8小時）最高可噴塗厚1mm的塗層2000多平方米。塗層表面光滑、連續無接縫。調節工藝參數，亦可得到橘皮狀表面。

10、可根據使用要求，加入各種顏料、填料、製成不同顏色和功能的塗層。
