羅林保

羅林保,1981年8月生,安徽肥東人。2010年11月入選黃山學者-傑出青年人才支持計畫,2009年9月獲香港城市大學物理及材料科學系博士學位。之後繼續在物理及材料科學系從事博士後研究。

個人簡介

羅林保博士長期從事低維納米材料的合成,表征及光電器件研究工作。迄今為止,已發表SCI研究論文60餘篇,其中第一作者及通訊作者論文20餘篇,相關論文累積被SCI檢索引用超1000次,單篇最高引用逾110次。

研究興趣:

1.一維半導體納米結構的光電器件及能源領域的套用研究
2.基於表面拉曼增強效應的各種化學,生物探針的研究
3.一維半導體納米線的表面態與電學輸運特性研究
