網路接觸系統(WCS)是Eudata統一通信(加州大學)的解決方案。 WCS是由一個核心,允許Web訪問電話和即時通訊應用程式通過一個Flash界面。 WCS可用於兩種不同的方式: o點擊呼叫:這個應用程式允許建立語音和視頻通信的我直接從Web界面。它特別適用於呼叫中心環境。 o和:SIP電話和IM XMPP客戶機,合格註冊在SIP伺服器 Web Contact Systems (WCS) is Eudata’s Unified Communication (UC) solution. WCS is made up of a core which allows Web access to telephone and IM applications through a Flash interface. WCS can be used in two different ways: o Click To Call: this application allows the set up of IM voice and video communications directly from the Web interface. It is particularly suited to Contact Center environments. o WebPhone: SIP phone and IM XMPP client, qualified to be registered on SIP Servers
