細胞鈣信號轉導研究是一重大前沿生物醫學課題。鈣離子是細胞內最重要的信使物質之一,細胞鈣信號網路包含超過兩萬種相關蛋白質,功能上表現出極大的多樣性。在可興奮性及非可興奮性細胞中,鈣火花(Calcium Sparks)構成細胞內鈣信號轉導的基本單位,使得鈣信號具有多層次、多尺度的時-空特性,體現了簡單性與複雜性的統一。本項目擬從分子(鈣火花、鈣通道)、細胞器(線粒體、內質網、細胞核),信號通路和鈣信號
