項目摘要
一些藍藻在缺氮條件下或與植物共生時,部分營養細胞分化為異型胞,作為固氮的場所。本項目擬利用分子生物學,細胞生物學,生物化學和蛋白組學等方法,研究異型胞分化中的信號感受和信號轉導途徑,探索HetR等關鍵蛋白和轉錄因子NtcA調控異型胞分化的機理,尋找HetR底物;著重研究α-酮戊二酸和鈣信號的轉導機理和相互關係,探討P-II蛋白在信號轉導中的作用。利用突變體研究植物信號調控共生藍藻的光合作用以及異型
