個人簡介

簡教授在美國威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校獲決策科學與作業研究博士學位，於2005年至2008年應邀借調台積電擔任工業工程處副處長，成為台積電第一個從大學借調的學者，已發表100餘篇學術期刊論文、三本專著及多篇台灣高科技公司的哈佛管理個案，發表TSMC Way等哈佛管理個案，以建立台灣企業在國際管理學界的新典範，並已有7項半導體製造國際發明專利及多項技術移轉等成果，兼具理論創新與產業效益，受到學術界與產業界的肯定，因而獲各項學術殊榮。

著作與榮譽

發表超過120篇學術論文，取得8項國際半導體製造管理髮明專利，著有《決策分析與管理》（台北雙葉書廊及北京清華大學出版社）、《資料挖礦與大數據分析》（前程文化出版社）及《半導體製造技術與管理》（清華大學出版社）三本專書；並主編《創業清華》、《固本科園台灣精進》、《工業工程與管理個案》及《清華百人會》等書及《竹科30》有聲書。 2007年經教育部個案教學推動辦公室推薦參加哈佛大學商學院高階經理人班（PCMPCL）受訓結業，並與哈佛大學教授共同撰寫創意電子、台積電、聯發科、力晶、欣詮科技、ARM及東隆五金等哈佛管理個案。除了學術研究上獲獎無數外，由於紮根於產業的研究貢獻受到國際肯定，簡教授經常應邀於IEEM, APIEMS, C&IE, IML, MASM等國際研討會擔任主題演講，包括2006年於中國威海IEEM2006的大會專題演講稿被美國IIE出版之Industrial Engineer (2007 Feb., pp.47-49) 及其官方網站全文刊登，其2009年於中國「崑山論壇」的專題演講稿則被北京清華大學經濟管理學院出版之清華管理評論全文刊登。
