教育背景
2007年1月，華東政法大學國際法專業博士畢業；
2001年7月，西北政法大學國際法專業碩士畢業。
主要社會兼職
2019年3月起，受聘成為農業農村部農業對外合作法律顧問專家組成員。

海外投資法、法律風險管理，對公司治理、國際私法和海商法也有著長期研究。
