盧英華,男,1970年7月生於福建省,博士,廈門大學化學化工學院特聘教授,博士生導師。現任廈門大學資產經營有限公司總經理、廈門大學產業技術研究院院長、廈門大學國家大學科技園總經理。曾任四川省遂寧市人民政府副秘書長,廈門大學化學化工學院副院長。
