用心理分析來涵蓋精神分析與分析心理學，並將其置於中國文化的基礎之上，發展一種有效的心理分析理論，包括方法與技術，也即被稱之為核心心理學（Psychology of the Heart）的心理分析與中國文化。這種心理分析不僅可以運用在個體臨床的水平，起到基本的心理治療的作用；而且能夠幫助人們心理的發展與創造，增進心理健康，發揮其心理教育的意義；同時，心理分析還可以在認識自我與領悟人生意義的水平上，獲得自性化體驗與天人合一的感受。這種以中國文化為基礎的心理分析，還可以在社會文化和藝術，以及廣泛的人文社科領域發揮積極而重要的作用。
