2008年碩博畢業於吉林大學超硬材料國家重點實驗室,曾在美國勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室訪學一年。主要從事高壓下新型半導體材料的結構及典型半導體材料中雜質行為的理論研究,先後承擔高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金(新教師類,結題)、國家自然科學基金青年基金(結題)及面上項目(在研)各1項。在Physical Review B、Diamond & Related Materials、Scientific Reports、Solid State Communications等期刊上發表了20篇SCI論文。
