摘要 | 從豆腐廢水為原料的 厭氧降解反應器中, 採用亨蓋特氏厭氧技術, 分離到兩株 厭氧生芽孢的桿菌, 革蘭氏染色通常為陰性. 直桿或稍彎 桿形, 以周生鞭毛運動. 芽孢橢圓或卵圓形,不膨脹細胞, 通常次端生, 最適生長溫度為30-37'C, 在45'C不生長. 在pH4.5或9.0 也不生長. 6.5%NaCl抑制其生長. 能發酵 多種碳水化合物. 在PYG培養液中從葡萄糖產生大量的 H2和CO2, 中量的乳酸和少量的乙酸, 丁酸, 乙醇和丁醇. 不利用檸檬酸鹽和丙酮酸鹽. DNA中G+C含量為41.2mol%. 經鑑定為梭菌屬 (又名梭伏芽孢桿菌屬) 的一個新種, 命 名為產氣梭菌 (Clostridium aerogenes sp. nov.). |
Abstract | 21 strains of gram-negative nonsporeforming thermophilic rods were isolated from hot springs of Yangjiang, Dianbai and Shaoguan in Guangdong.All the isolates can produce L-LDH. Their phenotypic features, homology and G+C mol% of deoxyribonucleic acid suggest that these strains be included in genus Thermus.But they differ from the previously described species with no acid from glucose and nonliquefaction of gelatin. Deoxyribonuleic acid relatedness studies showed6 representative strains of the group to be very highly related (range 80-93%), but only 40-70% related to other species of Thermus axonomatically,they from a tight cluster. We propose the name Thermus monproteolyticus sp.nov. for this cluster by the property of nonproteolytion. |
