珍妮弗·佩姬出生在喬治亞州，亞特蘭大市Marietta的一個音樂家庭，在她5歲的時候，她就和她的哥哥Chance Scoggins在當地的咖啡館和餐館唱歌。之後，她進入Pebblebrook高中學習舞蹈，聲樂和表演。
