王錦程,工學博士,現任西北工業大學材料學院教授,博士生導師,教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫” 獲得者。

1991年畢業於西北工業大學材料系,2001年在西北工業大學獲鑄造工學博士學位,2002-2004年在日本物質材料研究機構進行博士後研究工作,之後曾4次前往日本物質材料研究機構及日本宇宙航空研究開發機構進行合作研究。

目前主要從事現代凝固技術和理論及新材料的教學和科研工作,在凝固理論、微觀組織數值模擬、合金設計、高性能金屬材料等研究領域取得一系列研究成果。先後承擔國家自然科學基金項目、973計畫項目、國防預研、航空基金等國家及省部級科研項目10餘項。獲陝西省科學技術二等獎1項,授權國家發明專利5項。
