性別: 男 職稱:研究員 博導 學位: 博士 1997年於廈門大學獲理學學士學位,2004年於暨南大學獲理學博士學位,2006-2010分別在美國內布拉斯加大學和華盛頓大學醫學院從事博士後研究。兼任功能蛋白質研究廣東普通高校重點實驗室(暨南大學)主任助理,中國人類蛋白質組組織青年委員會組織委員,中國人類蛋白質組計畫研究組骨幹成員,廣東省外科學重點學科(暨南大學)腫瘤基礎與臨床方向學術帶頭人,美國華盛頓大學/弗萊德.哈欽斯腫瘤研究中心(University of Washington/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, UW/FHCRC)愛滋病研究中心(Center for AIDS Research, CFAR)的國際會員(International affiliated member),廣東省“千百十”工程校級培養對象。美國NIH AIDS Reagent and Reference Reagent Program資助對象,非美國本土獲此資格科學家不到1000人。擅長功能蛋白質組學、功能基因組學和分子系統生物學,感興趣的科學問題包括HIV相關腫瘤,腫瘤微環境和早期診斷,以及人類未知蛋白質的鑑定、功能及其與癌症診斷和預後之間的關係。其開展的HIV相關肺癌的腫瘤微環境研究系國內首個愛滋病非限制性腫瘤的分子機制研究,並獲得該領域2項國家自然科學基金面上項目的支持。已發表領域內論文70餘篇。其中以通訊作者或第一作者在包括Nucleic Acids Research、Journal of Proteome Research、Molecular Biosystems、PloS One和Apoptosis等在內的重要國際期刊發表論文13篇。截至2014年7月,已主持國際國內科研基金項目13項,其中包括國家自然科學基金3項,美國UW/FHCRC CFAR新研究學者獎項目1項,973子課題2項,教育部留學回國人員基金1項和教育部博士點基金1項等。應邀在包括美國UW/FHCRC CFAR年會、新加坡下一代測序年會、中國蛋白質組學(CNHUPO)年會,香港國際癌症年會(HKICC)和中國計算蛋白質組學研討會等多個國際會議上做大會報告。主持獲得美國UW/FHCRC CFAR新研究學者獎(New Investigator Award)和美國CROI青年學者獎,參與獲得吉林省科技進步二等獎。是國家自然科學基金、教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金和廣東省自然科學基金等函審評審。也是Journal of Proteome Research, Molecular Biosystems, Journal of Proteomics, Journal of Sex Medicine, Tumor Biology,OncoTargets and Therapy和Gene Therapy and Molecular Biology等國際期刊的特邀審稿人。
