王江,臨港實驗室研究員,課題組長,博士生導師,曾任中國科學院上海藥物研究所研究員。主要從事藥物化學和高效合成方法學研究。針對中國人群高發的代謝性疾病的臨床迫切需求開展創新藥物研究,圍繞代謝性疾病的多個新靶點,發展創新藥物發現新策略,取得較好的創新性成果:3個候選藥物獲得I類新藥臨床批件,開展臨床研究;3項創新藥物研究成果實現技術轉讓。圍繞非天然胺基酸高效合成的關鍵科學問題,開發四代新型手性配體,構建“手性非天然胺基酸庫”,突破β胺基酸和環狀胺基酸不對稱合成瓶頸,將其套用於西他列汀等藥物的手性合成,為大規模製備非天然胺基酸和手性藥物提供基礎支撐。相關研究成果在Chem. Rev.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Med. Chem.、Org. Lett. 和Chem. Commun.等國內外學術雜誌發表研究論文92篇,其中第一作者或共同通訊作者論文48篇,總影響因子703, H指數23;申請發明專利85項,授權專利19項;參加5本著作的撰寫和翻譯工作;主持國家自然科學基金、國家科技重大專項等項目十餘項。獲中國藥學會青年藥物化學獎、上海市科技啟明星等獎勵。
