研究領域
主要從事麥類病害互作的組織學、細胞學研究及禾穀鐮刀菌功能基因組學研究。
學術成就
先後主持國家自然科學基金青年項目和面上項目，校人才基金項目，校基本科研業務費專項資金項目等課題；參加國家自然科學基金重點項目，轉基因生物新品種培育重大專項，973計畫等科研項目。近年來，先後對禾穀鐮刀菌中所有編碼蛋白激酶的基因進行了敲除及表型分析，並進一步對部分基因進行了深入功能研究；同時對預測的禾穀鐮刀菌900多個獨有基因和296個功能未知分泌蛋白開展了系統性敲除及表型鑑定工作；此外還對禾穀鐮刀菌DON毒素產生的調控機制方面開展了相關研究。近五年已發表學術論文20餘篇。
