人物經歷
王文，1980年南京師範學院生物系畢業留校工作至今。1989年獲南京師範大學生物系理學學士學位，2006獲南京大學生命科學學院理學博士學位。1995年任細胞生物學專業碩士生導師，1998年任水產養殖專業碩士生導師，2004年6月任動物學博士生導師，2006年任水生生物學博士生導師。2007.12-2008.12 美國哥倫比亞大學高級訪問學者一年。歷任中華全國青聯聯合會第八屆委員會委員，中國人民協商會議江蘇省第八、第九屆、第十屆委員會委員；致公黨江蘇省委委員及婦女委員會副主任；中國致公黨第12次代表大會代表。
研究方向
水生動物疾病學。
1、水生甲殼動物新型病原——螺原體的細胞及分子生物學研究。
2、水生經濟動物重大流行病病害及病原微生物的研究。
主要貢獻
從事細胞生物學研究20多年，在國內外重要學術期刊上發表論文70餘篇（國外SCI期刊源期刊10篇，ISTP1篇），曾主持並完成國家自然基金項目1項，江蘇省自然基金項目2項，江蘇省農業三項工程項目1項，現為動物學國家重點學科水生經濟動物資源利用方向的學術帶頭人。近10年從事水產病害及病原微生物的研究，其特點是將基礎理論研究與水產生產實際急需解決的問題結合起來，近年來開展了中華絨螯蟹、羅氏沼蝦、黃鱔、烏鱧等特種經濟水產動物流行病及疑難疾病的研究，為生產實際提供了及時的指導，論文被國核心心期刊及國外SCI期刊源期刊錄用，申請專利6項，已獲國家發明專利證書2項。
科研成果
在國家和省級項目資助下，中華絨螯蟹重大流行病――顫抖病的研究上取得了突破性成果，首次在水生甲殼動物中發現螺原體類病原微生物，引起了國內外關注，在國外SCI期刊源發表論文10篇（其中影響因子>3一篇，影響因子>2兩篇，位於SCI二區論文兩篇），還以分會主席和特邀發言人的身份參加境外國際會議(日本、英國、韓國)4次，國內一級（中國微生物學會）大會報告1次。申請國家發明專利6項，已獲證書2項。主持國家自然科學基金2項，江蘇省科技廳重大項目（科技攻關項目）1項，江蘇省教育廳自然基金項目1項。由於蟹病研究的突破性成果，應邀撰寫由Blackwell Pu blishing Ltd.出版的Diseases of Commercially Exploited Crustaceans一書中蟹類細菌和真菌疾病的相關章節。此外，作為唯一的亞洲專家，被邀請加入國際螺原體分類標準起草委員會。“十五”期間取得的研究成果在國家“211工程”二期建設中期評估和終期檢查中被南師大生科院列為標誌性成果。
