人物經歷

1997年至2000年中國科學院海洋研究所攻讀海洋生物學博士學位,2000年至2004年中國科學院海洋研究所實驗海洋生物學重點實驗室工作,2004年至2007年在美國喬治亞醫學院生物技術與基因組醫學中心進行博士後工作,2008年至今在西北農林科技大學動物科技學院工作。

研究方向

水域環境中環境激素化合物、抗生素和重金屬的分布及水生生物生物毒性效應研究;環境內分泌干擾物作用下的魚類毒理轉錄組和表觀遺傳學研究;水環境中抗生素耐藥菌及抗生素耐藥基因的選擇和傳播機制研究;魚類耳石在魚類生態上的套用及相關機制研究。

開設課程

從事水域生態學、水生生物學、分子生物學等教學工作,承擔本科課程《水域生態學》、《學科導論》、《分子生物學》的理論與實踐課程,碩士研究生《水域環境保護》及博士研究生《高級水生生物學專題》課程。
