2003-2008, 威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校數學系,博士生。
2008-2011, 普林斯頓大學數學系,講師。
2011-2012, 石溪大學西蒙斯幾何與物理中心,研究助理教授。
2012-2018, 威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校數學系,助理教授,副教授。
2018年至今,中國科學技術大學數學科學學院,教授。

研究成果

歷時11年,中國科學技術大學陳秀雄、王兵在微分幾何學領域取得重大突破,成功證明了“哈密爾頓-田”和“偏零階估計”這兩個國際數學界20多年懸而未決的核心猜想。
