玉強，男，1979年5月出生，河北省邯鄲經濟技術開發區（從台區）人，中共黨員，山西師範大學副教授，碩士生導師。
教育部學位與研究生教育發展中心學位論文評審專家、《美國數學評論》評論員、中國數學會、中國工業與套用數學學會、中國自動化學會會員；IEEE Control Systems Society會員；American Journal of Applied Mathematics等雜誌編委成員；Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems、Nonlinear Dynamics、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems等二十餘SCI雜誌審稿人。在International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control,Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems,Systems & Control Letters,Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics,Applied Mathematics Letters,Applied Mathematics and Computation等期刊發表第一作者學術論文50餘篇，出版學術專著一部。

1999年9月-2003年7月，本科就讀於石河子大學數學系數學與套用數學專業，獲得學士學位。
2003年7月-2006年7月，於在阜康市第一中學擔任高中數學教師。
2006年9月-2009年7月，碩士就讀於陝西師範大學套用數學專業，獲得碩士學位。
2009年7月-2011年7月，在衡水學院數學與計算機系任教。
2011年9月-2014年7月，博士就讀於陝西師範大學基礎數學專業，獲得博士學位。
2014年7月-2016年12月，在山西師範大學數學與計算機科學學院擔任講師。
2017年1月至今，在山西師範大學數學與計算機科學學院擔任副教授。
2019年-2020年，在日本芝浦工業大學訪學一年。
研究領域
非線性系統及切換等混雜系統的穩定性分析；魯棒控制；分數階系統等。
課程開設
本科：《數學分析》、《泛函分析》、《數學建模與實驗》、《高等數學》等。
