南開大學經濟與社會發展研究院副教授，碩士生導師。入選美國史丹福大學發布的2023年度全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單。Elsevier 2022中國高被引學者。雄安新區智慧型物流研究院副秘書長，京東物流集團企業顧問，天津市政府項目評審庫專家，天津快遞協會特聘專家，天津市郵政特邀監督員，南開大學駐多家大型企業科技特派員。曾在美國馬里蘭大學、瑞典延雪平大學、台灣東吳大學交流訪問，主要研究方向為電子商務物流、智慧物流、物流規劃與政策、資源環境與可持續發展、流通經濟、技術經濟等。近年來在Energy Economics，Technological Forecasting & Social Change，Energy，Energy Policy，Science of the Total Environment, Journal of Environmental Management，Sustainable Development，經濟地理，商業經濟與管理，中國科技論壇等期刊以第一或通信作者發表高水平論文近50篇，其中包含SCI、SSCI、EI的國際1區期刊發表論文近30篇，多篇文章為年度高被引論文和熱點論文。曾獲天津市社會科學優秀成果一等獎、三等獎，中國物流學會物華圖書獎一等獎等獎勵。連續15年以上參與《中國現代物流發展報告》編寫工作，歷任分章主編和執行主編，多次在美國CSCMP供應鏈管理年會上宣講報告成果，推介中國物流發展。Energy Economics， Energy Policy, TF&SC, JEMA, REPO，ESPR, IJFE，南開管理評論，商業經濟與管理等中外學術刊物特邀審稿人。

2003年，畢業於南開大學經濟學院理論經濟學專業，獲經濟學學士學位

2006年，畢業於南開大學經濟與社會發展研究院，獲產業經濟學碩士學位

2009年，畢業於南開大學經濟學院，獲區域經濟學博士學位

2007-2008年，在美國馬里蘭大學史密斯商學院做博士交換生

2012年4月-2012年5月，瑞典延雪平大學教師交換項目 講授“中國現代物流發展”和“中國區域物流發展”課程

2009年7月至今，南開大學經濟與社會發展研究院 講師、副教授
