主要工作是基於同步輻射光電離質譜技術,圍繞能源轉換和
生命科學兩個學科,開展非均相催化反應機理研究和質譜分子成像研究。已建成氣固相催化、生物質熱解和質譜成像等多套交叉學科實驗裝置。已主持
國家自然科學基金5項,主持中科院、教育部等其他國家級項目9項,作為核心人員參加國家自然科學基金委重點項目1項、集成項目2項,參加科技部重點研發計畫子課題2項,在Science,Angew.Chem. In. Ed., Anal. Chem.,J. Chem. Phys.等學術期刊發表論文140篇,獲授權發明專利12項。
