《漢語連讀變調域的優選論研究(英文版)》以優選論為理論基礎探討漢語方言連讀變調域的構建問題，旨在通過對相關制約條件及其相互作用過程的分析為漢語方言連讀變調域的構建問題提供一個統一的理論解釋框架。《漢語連讀變調域的優選論研究(英文版)》從制約條件互動方式表現出的四種類型來考察連讀變調域的構建過程。同時，《漢語連讀變調域的優選論研究(英文版)》對優選論在相關問題的解釋力上提供了參照，並有助於句法與音系界面理論的研究。
作者簡介
閆小斌，1979年生，山西侯馬人。2008年7月畢業於南開大學外國語學院，獲英語語言文學博士學位。現為福建師範大學外國語學院教師，先後發表論文10餘篇，承擔科研項目數項。主要研究方向為音系學。
