深圳職業技術學院建築與環境工程學院

建築與環境工程學院組建於2004年12月。前身為建築工程系，成立於1997年。學院實行專業直接管理制，現設有建築工程管理、工程造價、物業管理、建築電氣工程技術、建築設計技術、環境監測與治理技術、給排水工程技術7個專業，並成立有建築設計研究所。

學校簡介

School of Construction and Environmental Engineering

SCEE was reconstructed in December 2004 which used to be Construction Department founded in 1997. There are seven majors directly supervised by the school, they are: Construction Management, Construction Cost, Property Management, Building Electricity Engineering, Building Design Technology, Environmental Monitoring and Treatment, Water Supply and Drainage Technology. A Building Design and Research Institute is still under the control of SCEE.

師資力量

SCEE is composed of 50 teachers who are competent, creative, cooperative and hard-working. Among them, there are 3 professors and 22 associate professors. 5 of them got PhD degree and 29 are masters. Over 80 percent teachers had industrial experience. They are experienced both in teaching and industrial working with abundant scientific research abilities.

學院擁有一支專業素質高、敢於創新、勤奮敬業、團結協作的教師隊伍，力量雄厚，學歷年齡結構合理。全院現有教職工50人，其中教授3人，副教授22人，具有博士學位教師5人、碩士學位教師29人，80%以上的教師為“雙師型”教師，在建築工程管理、工程造價、建築設計、建築電氣、房地產經營、物業管理等領域有著紮實理論基礎和較強的實際操作能力，教學和實踐經驗豐富，並具有較為雄厚的科研能力。

科研成果

We emphasize both on teaching and scientific researching. During recent years, we have published 12 textbooks and more than 100 papers, completed 18 scientific research items among which one project is sponsored by National Natural Science Funds and two are sponsored by Provincial Natural Science Funds. Still a national patent was gained.

學院堅持教學與科研並重，科研成果突出。成立幾年來，先後已出版教材、著作、著作12部，發表學術論文100餘篇，承擔或完成科研項目18項，其中國家自然科學基金項目1項，省自然科學基金項目2項，省部級項目2項。獲國家專利1 項。

辦學特色

The School are oriented by the market and focuses on students’ability building. Students are trained with abundant theoretical knowledge and working ability to adapt to social development. Now over 1000 full time students are studying in SCEE.

學院以市場需求為導向，以能力培養為中心，立足於深圳特區，按照高職教育的要求，努力培養德、智、體、美全面發展，具有較強現代意識和創新精神，適應社會發展需要，具備較紮實專業理論知識且有很強的動手能力的實用型高級技術和管理人才。目前全日制在校生超過1000人。

There are construction engineering laboratory and environmental engineering laboratory in SCEE which contains architectural design, construction materials, construction technology, construction surveying, building electricity and water supply, environmental monitoring divisions. We have established long-term relationship with 25 famous companies in Shenzhen which provide students with good practice conditions. The school is still among the members of Shenzhen Construction Association, Cost Engineer Association, Environmental Protection Association and other industrial associations. By all these means of cooperation, we not only provide students with practice worksites and up to date managerial methods to promote their working skills, but also expanded our potential job recourses by sending excellent students to these companies. Till now nearly 1800 students have graduated from SCEE and most of them are working in the industry.

學院為學生提供了良好的實訓條件。不僅在校內設有建築施工、建築設計、工程造價等8個實訓室，還同時與深圳市25家大型或知名企業建立了長期穩定的合作關係，以及作為會員單位與深圳市建築協會、造價工程師協會、環境產業保護協會等多家行業協會保持著密切的聯繫。這種全方位的合作辦學，不僅為教學提供了實訓場所，使學生及時地掌握了最新的實際操作技術、手段和管理方法，而且也為企業輸送合格的畢業生，為學生拓寬了就業渠道。學院已為社會輸送急需的各類專業人才近1800人。

We have also established links with UNIVERSITY OF WOLVERHAMPTON in England and other foreign universities, students can do their overseas degrees after their graduation. Till now more than 30 students from our school are studying in England and other countries.

我系還與英國胡佛漢頓大學等國外院校合作，為學生進一步發展創造良好的條件。該院已有近30名畢業生到胡佛漢頓大學等院校留學，進一步深造。
