作者簡介
鄭笑怡，浙江旅遊職業學院藝術系空中乘務專業專職教師，講師，畢業於英國諾丁漢大學英語語言研究專業，獲文學碩士學位。主要研究方向為英語跨文化交際、跨文化禮儀。已在CSSCl核心等刊物發表論文10餘篇，主持廳局級課題多項，主講乘務英語、民航服務英語等課程。
