原料：
豆面球、花肉、蔥姜、紅辣椒。做法：
2、花肉切丁，蔥姜切絲，紅辣椒切段；

4、把肉渣推到鍋邊，下入蔥薑絲和紅椒段煸出香味；
5、烹入料酒和生抽，下入豆渣中火翻炒3分鐘；
6、起鍋前添加鹽和味素，撒上香菜即可。
溫馨提示：
1、煸炒花肉時，如炒出的油過多，可以視情況盛出部分，所留下的油應該較平日炒菜用油適量寬些；
2、第五步翻炒的過程中為防止粘鍋，可以適當添加熱水，最後炒至水分收乾即可。
