段曦東

段曦東,湖南大學化學化工學院教授,博士生導師。

段曦東從事二維材料的製備,物性研究和套用研究;各種納米材料和納米技術的開發;金屬、陶瓷與二維材料等納米材料的複合材料的研究。

1993年本科畢業於湖南大學化學化工系,博士畢業於湖南大學化學化工學院。

主要成就

段曦東從事二維材料製備、光電性質和先進光電功能器件研究,代表性的學術成果包括:1)通過精確調控二維材料的化學成分和電子結構,在國際上率先製備出了具有原子級厚度的二維材料橫向異質結;並成功示範了其在光電檢測、光伏效應和反相器方面的套用(Nat. Nanotech 2014)。2)通過精確調控二維合金材料的成分,合成了具有可調帶隙的二維半導體合金WS2-2xSe2x,並示範了其在先進光電功能器件方面的套用 (Nano. Lett. 2016)。3) 以所發表的二維材料工作為基礎,撰寫了二維材料研究進展綜述一篇 (Chem. Soc. Rev. 2015)。4) 和段鑲鋒教授合作,實現了2D異質節、多異質節以及超晶格的可控外延生長(Science 2017),這是以湖南大學為第一作者和第一單位發表的首篇Science 論文。
段曦東以第一作者和通訊作者在包括Science、Nat. Nanotech, Nano. Lett.和Chem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上發表論文十多篇。
