中國共產黨領導的多黨合作和政治協商制度既是中國特色社會主義基本政治制度的重要組成部分，也是中國特色社會主義民主的一種重要形式。它是在馬克思主義政黨和統一戰線理論的基礎上，結合中國的具體國情所進行的偉大創造，是中國共產黨同各民主黨派和無黨派人士長期團結奮鬥的重要制度結晶和重大理論成果。 本文堅持以馬克思主義基本理論為指導，運用歷史方法與邏輯方法相統一、巨觀研究與微觀研究相結合、規範研究與經驗研究相聯繫，以及文獻研究與比較研究等方法，以中國政治協商制度為主要研究對象，通過回顧中國政治協商制度的形成與發展，闡述中國政治協商制度的組織結構、主要功能和基本特徵，比較中國政黨制度與國外政黨制度的異同，分析中國政治協商與西方協商民主的區別，評價了中國政治協商制度在政治社會中發揮的積極作用，同時揭示了中國政治協商制度在運行中存在的問題及原因，最後提出了發展和完善中國政治協商制度的若干建議。

China''s multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party is both an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and an important form of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. It is a great creation by Chinese Communist Party based on Marxist political Party theory and united front theory, and combining China''s realities. It is an important system achievement and a significant theoretical achievement obtained from long-term unite and struggle by Chinese Communist Party, all democratic parties and personages without party affiliation. This paper uses the basic theory of Marxism as guidance, and combines historical method and logical method, macro research and micro research, normative research and empirical research, literature research and comparative research. The main object of this paper is China''s political consultative system. By reviewing the formation and development of China''s political consultative system, elaborating the organizational structure, main functions and basic characteristics of China''s political consultation system; comparing China''s political party system with foreign political party systems; analyzing the difference between China''s political consultation and Western deliberative democracy, this paper evaluates the positive role of China''s political consultative system, points out the operating problems of China''s political consultative system and the reasons; and proposes some suggestion on the development and improvement of China''s political consultative system.
