項目摘要

具有工具機結構的數控研拋技術裝備,是模具曲面研拋技術發展的趨勢。但由於研拋力/工具機位置/工具姿態同步混合控制還沒有有效的解決方案,目前國內外關於具有工具機結構的模具曲面自動研拋裝備及其關鍵支撐技術方面的研究,主要集中於對研拋工具的開發和工藝效果方面的研究,而關於數控研拋的成型過程和曲面研拋的柔順控制等方面的基礎研究性明顯不足。本項目基於自有的柔順控制理論突破,套用系統仿真和綜合試驗等手段,從固著磨料旋轉砂輪研拋的成型機理出發,通過對曲面研拋的柔順控制及其標準化數控實現方法等方面進行的基礎性研究,探求針對不同的裝備結構和不同的曲面構造的數控研拋加工柔順控制的最佳方案,並以規範編程過程為目標,最佳化數控研拋柔順控制與現有的數位化製造軟、硬體系統實現無縫連線的方法,為曲面數控研拋過程的研拋力/工具機位置/工具姿態同步混合控制提供理論依據,並為模具曲面數控研拋加工技術開發提供系統構成的技術方案。
