主要研究結果
1.油菜的進化提出了利用虛擬異源多倍體研究油菜起源的方法,利用該法探索了油菜C亞基因組的來源,並研究了白菜對拓寬油菜遺傳基礎的潛力(Heredity 106: 955-961;Plant Breeding, 130:333-337);研究了甘藍物種的遺傳分化(Genet Res and Crop Evo l57: 687-692)。
2.油菜菌核病相關研究先後開展了利用油菜近緣種拓寬油菜種質的研究,鑑定出了高抗油菜菌核病的甘藍材料(Euphytica177: 393-399);發展了新的菌核病抗性鑑定方法(Mei et al. 2012, EJPP 134:599-604);調查了菌核病抗性的遺傳規律(Disi et al. 2013, JAS線上),定位了抗病QTL位點(Mei et al. 2013, TAG 126:549-556)。
具備研究條件和研究想法
具有多份菌核病抗性突出的甘藍型油菜近緣材料,並已創建了一批不同於現有甘藍型油菜的新型抗菌核病甘藍型油菜,其中不乏具有直接用於育種的材料。現已在油菜抗菌核病基因的克隆、抗病機理探索等方面形成了較為固定的研究方向,並將繼續堅持油菜的抗菌核病育種實踐;將嘗試開發觀賞型和食用型甘藍型油菜。
