林迪(電子科技大學信息與軟體工程學院副教授)

林迪,男,漢族。2007年哈爾濱工業大學通信工程本科畢業,2009年哈爾濱工業大學通信工程碩士畢業,2013年加拿大麥吉爾大學電子與計算機工程系博士畢業。曾任加拿大渥太華大學MET實驗室助理研究員,加拿大IBM Business Analytics and Performance 中心副研究員,加拿大麥吉爾大學工程學院TSP實驗室科研顧問。現任電子科技大學信息與軟體工程學院副教授,碩士生導師。在IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Neurocomputing, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics等國內外期刊及國際會議上發表論文20餘篇,其中SCI/EI檢索10餘篇。主持完成國家自然科學青年基金項目等國家級項目,曾作為骨幹成員參與國家863計畫、四川省科技支撐計畫項目。研究方向:大數據分析、物聯網、移動雲計算。

科研項目

近年來,大數據計算和分析相關項目工作匯總如下
1. 基於社交網路數據的用戶差異化定價模型:該項目於2012年在加拿大IBM Business Analytics and Performance中心完成,主管是麥肯錫公司數據科學家Jacomo Corbo博士。項目基於開源社區資料庫中提供的T級自媒體平台數據,分析如何找到網路中的重要節點用戶,並根據用戶的重要性進行差異化定價。該項目成果提出了差異化定價體系,可以提高公司利潤近。基於該項目成果,於2012年國際信息系統大會上做主題演講,成果收錄於大會論文集。
2. 基於大數據分析的醫療協作效率最佳化:該項目於2013年在加拿大IBM Business Analytics and Performance中心完成,主管是渥太華大學Telfer學院醫療信息主任Jonathan Patrick教授。項目基於Geisinger計畫提供的T級醫院臨床管理數據,分析如何最佳化醫療機構的團隊協作效率。該項目成果提升了醫療團隊的協作效率,節省了醫療操作時間近30%。項目成果發表於Springer期刊。
3. 基於數據挖掘的併發症臨床決策輔助系統:該項目於2012年在加拿大渥太華大學MET實驗室完成,主管是渥太華大學Telfer學院副院長Wojtek Michalowski教授。項目基於東安大略省兒童醫院的臨床數據,採用機器學習算法和邏輯約束模型,構建了併發症臨床決策輔助系統。基於該項目成果,於第14屆國際醫療與健康信息大會上做主題演講,成果收錄於大會論文集。
4. 醫療保險騙保行為預警:該項目於2015-2017年在電子科技大學完成,基於合作社保單位的5年社保數據,採用機器學習算法,對醫療保險騙保行為進行了預測,預測準確度達到93%,有效地對騙保行為進行了預警。該項目成果正在申請專利,並準備發表論文。
