分子細胞生物學。
我們主要利用生物化學,細胞生物學,分子生物學,遺傳與表觀遺傳學,生物信息學等多學科生物實驗手段,重點以去泛素化酶和去乙醯化酶為靶標,尋找其靶基因和調控因子,主攻癌症、兼顧其它如糖尿病、衰老性疾病、老年痴呆症等其它重大疾病的病理髮生機理及其關鍵基因的調控網路,為開發具有潛在治療價值的藥物提供新靶標。
