李志芳，1975年1月生，1998年畢業於河南師範大學，2003年在浙江大學獲理學博士學位。2003-2005年受日本學術振興會資助，作為日本學術振興會外國人特別研究員（JSPS）在大阪府立大學從事博士後研究工作。先後負責日本學術振興會外國人特別研究員研究基金一項，作為主要完成人參與國家“863”計畫項目一項、國家五部委重點項目一項、國家自然科學基金三項。作為第一作者，在國際期刊上發表研究論文30餘篇。

現在主要從事有機矽、鍺和錫化學，包括官能團化有機矽單體和光學活性聚矽烷合成，穩定的不飽和14-族有機金屬化合物合成及其結構和它們的反應活性的研究。
