方華京，男，1955年生，浙江黃岩人。華中科技大學自動化學院教授，博士生導師。

人物經歷
1982、1984和1991年在華中理工大學獲工業自動化專業學士、碩士、博士學位，現為控制科學與工程系教授、博士生導師，控制理論研究所所長，非線性與複雜系統研究中心副主任。1998年批准為湖北省高校跨世紀學科帶頭人兼任副編輯。《控制理論與套用》雜誌編輯委員會委員，中國自動化學會技術過程的故障診斷與安全性專業委員會委員，中國自動化學會教育工作委員會委員，中國電子學會高級會員，中國人民政治協商會議湖北省委員會委員，湖北省知識分子聯誼會理事等。
主講課程
《自動控制原理》、《魯棒控制理論基礎》、《自適應控制》、《控制與管理一體化》等課程。
研究方向
網路化系統分析與綜合、控制系統安全性與故障診斷、魯棒與容錯控制、不確定對抗環境中多機器人協同控制理論等。

研究成果
長期從事自動控制領域的基礎性研究和教學工作，作為項目負責人承擔並完成多項國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點基金、教育部重點實驗室基金、湖北省自然科學基金項目的研究工作。在《自動化學報》、《控制理論與套用》、《控制與決策》、《IEEE Transaction on Automatic Control》等國內外權威和重要期刊上發表學術論文70餘篇。
