1999.7-2001.9:南京大學,物理系固體微結構重點實驗室,博士後。2001.10獲副教授任職資格;
2001.10-2004.6:Institute of Structural Physics, TU Dresden, Germany從事研究工作;
2003.2-2004.3:Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship, Humboldtian;
