拉德利學院

拉德利學院(Radley College)是英國的四大男校，在Radley牛津郡。於1849年創辦。學校占地面積為800英畝，包括一個運動場，一片湖，一個9洞高爾夫球場及一片農田。Radley是英國四大全寄宿男校公學的一所，其他三所分別是：伊頓公學（Eton College) ,哈羅公學 （Harrow School)和溫徹斯特公學（Winchester College）。18%的學生在畢業後可以去oxbridge（牛津劍橋）讀大學。

學術成就

拉德利公學在考試方面非常優秀。平均92%的學生能在難度極高的Alevel課程內考到A或者B的成績。根據2014年胡潤百富英國私立學校Alevel排行榜，拉德利公學排名第16名（哈羅公學第17名，惠靈頓公學20名，拉格比公學第37名）。

大學錄取方面，除了每年高達17%到18%的牛津劍橋錄取率，2014年拉德利公學6人進入帝國理工，6人進入倫敦政治經濟學院（共全年級126人參加大學申請）Radley College 還與劍橋大學彼得豪斯學院以及牛津大學三一學院有著悠久而特殊的關係。

改革錄取體系

拉德利公學主要沿用的是傳統的公學錄取體系：父母在孩子出生時就在學校為孩子註冊，或者以後由拉德利校長推薦，進入校長的名錄中。學生們仍然需要申請，但提前註冊的學生享受較大的優待。

2016年改革後的拉德利公學錄取將取決於三部分：統一入學考試（the Common Pre-Tests），成績報告單和面試。在看到申請者的統一入學考試成績之後，拉德利會選擇部分申請者，向他們學校要求成績報告單。 經過篩選，拉德利會決定邀請哪些申請者到學校參加面試。 面試是與一位副校長的三十分鐘的對話，內容可能涉及任何一個方面。面試主要考察申請者的兩個能力：情緒智力 （emotional intelligence）也就是情商，思維敏捷度（mental agility ）。

課外活動

學校致力於提供學生更多課外活動的機會，每天中午都有強制一小時課外活動時間。

學校在音樂，戲劇，體育，社團方面都有很好的條件。音樂方面，學校有被稱作“傳奇”的8人鋼琴表演，其音樂指導老師更是ABRSM的考官。體育方面，學校提供牆手球，板球，帆船，網球，馬球等一系列活動，其中划船隊6次贏過Henley Royal Regatta賽事。社團方面，除了哲學，國際關係等，還有愛丁堡公爵金章獎，CCF（Combined Cadet Force)等項目。

學校sixth form期間，學生可以根據所選科目去不同國家研究調查。如Economics的中國游，Classics的義大利訪問等等。
