微波茄汁冬瓜做法:
1、冬瓜洗淨去皮,姜切絲備用;2、番茄切成牙狀;
3、冬瓜切厚片;
4、將冬瓜片碼放在微波器皿中,撒上薑絲;
5、取一小碗,以鹽、魔廚高湯、蚝油加適量純淨水勾兌成汁料;
6、在冬瓜片縫隙間擺好番茄,注入汁料,覆蓋保鮮膜,扎4個小孔,高火10-12分鐘。
取出後,撒上芫荽,淋上麻油即可食用。
