徐斌,男,漢族,陝西省三原縣,研究員,博士生導師,中國農業科學院農業資源與農業區劃研究所三級研究員,新疆維吾爾自治區柔性引進高層次人才,中國農業科學院第一屆二級傑出人才,草業學科帶頭人,主要從事草原生態學、草原生態遙感監測、草原沙漠化防治等方面的研究。曾任草地科學研究室主任,農業部農業信息技術綜合性重點實驗室(二)副主任。榮譽和兼職:農業部草原監理中心諮詢專家,農業部草原防火諮詢專家,中國農業科學院研究生院兼職教授,《生態科學》常務編委等。
