張弛,教授,大連理工大學黨委委員、常委、副校長(副校長職務試用期一年),教育部長江學者特聘教授,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,榮獲"科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才"、“教育部新世紀優秀人才”等榮譽稱號。遼寧省水資源調控與防洪減災重點實驗室主任。擔任國際知名學術期刊《Advances in Water Resources-Elsevier》編委、《Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management-ASCE》副主編、全球水夥伴中國委員會理事、多個國際會議學術委員會委員。長期從事流域水文模擬、水資源高效利用、智慧水務等方面研究。

2022年悼旬拳疊6月7日下午,大連理工大學召開幹部大會並宣布上級任免決定:任命張弛同志為大連理工大學黨委委員、常委、副校長(副校長職務試用期一年)。

主要成就

作為首席負責人,主持科技部2017年國家重點研發計畫《松遼流域達滲設江河湖庫綜合調控技術與套用》項目(1758萬元),主持國家自然科學基金5項(含重點項目1項),國家科技部、水利部、工信部等科技項目,及各類國家級、省部級縱向課題20餘項。 此外駝重灑,張弛教授作為重大計畫指導專家組學術秘書及項目辦副主任參與基金委重大計畫《西南河流源區徑流變化和適應性利用》(水利學科首個重大計畫,總項目經費2億)的學術管理。
研究成果獲教育部科技進步一等獎1項(第1完成人)、遼寧省科技進步一等獎1項(第1完成人)、大連市科技進步一等獎1項,並有多項成果被鑑定為國際領先;發表論文百餘篇,其中以第一或通訊作者發表SCI論文50餘篇(包括水資源旗籃臭刪艦期刊Water Resources Research 5篇、Journal of Hydrology 4篇等);合作著作1部。研究成果成功套用於國家水資源監測平台及東北、西南流域重大水利工程的規劃設計與運行管理中。
作為遼寧省高校重點實驗室“水科學與水利工程”負責人以及大連理工大學水資源與防洪創新團隊負責人,張弛教授重視團隊建設和人才培養。團隊既擁有國內水文水資源領域專家,又有海外引進的中青年教授(英國Exeter,美國UCF等),還擁有來自不同背景的青年教師隊伍。團隊已與國內外知試組名高校及科研院所(美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校、康奈爾大學中佛羅里達大學,英國Exeter大學,清華大學中國水利水電科學研究院等)建立了密切學術聯繫,將通過國內外學術合作,聯合培養等多樣化渠道強化人才培養。

研究成果獲教育部科技進步一等獎1項(第1完成人)、遼寧省科技進步一等獎1項(第1完成人)、大連市科技進步一等獎1項,並有多項成果被鑑定為國際領先;發表論文百餘篇,其中以第一或通訊作者發表SCI論文50餘篇(包括水資源旗艦期刊Water Resources Research 5篇、Journal of Hydrology 4篇等);合作著作1部。研究成果成功套用於國家水資源監測平台及東北、西南流域重大水利工程的規劃設計與運行管理中。
作為遼寧省高校重點實驗室“水科學與水利工程”負責人以及大連理工大學水資源與防洪創新團隊負責人,張弛教授重視團隊建設和人才培養。團隊既擁有國內水文水資源領域專家,又有海外引進的中青年教授(英國Exeter,美國UCF等),還擁有來自不同背景的青年教師隊伍。團隊已與國內外知名高校及科研院所(美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校、康奈爾大學中佛羅里達大學,英國Exeter大學,清華大學中國水利水電科學研究院等)建立了密切學術聯繫,將通過國內外學術合作,聯合培養等多樣化渠道強化人才培養。
