男，1963年4月生，漢族，內蒙古赤峰人。華北電力大學環境研究院副院長，主要研究生態工程學、能源和污染控制生物學等七個方面。

華北電力大學環境研究院副院長、工程生態學與非線性科學研究中心主任、二級教授、博士生導師，日本東京大學博士和研究員，加拿大Regina大學工學院訪問教授，東北師範大學生命學院兼職教授，國家水體污染控制與治理科技重大專項河流主題組專家，生物多樣性保護國際合作夥伴項目中央層面調控專家。

研究方向

生態工程學、恢復生態學、基礎生態學、生態水力學、生態熱力學、生態學中的非線性和複雜性、能源和污染控制生物學等七個方面。

發表國際頂尖SCI和EI論文80餘篇，在國際會議上做主題講演3次，獲省部級科技進步一等獎2項、北美景觀生態學會傑出旅行學者獎和美國Boston非線性國際大會組織貢獻獎2項。

(3) 2010年10月，國務院新聞八局介紹美國Discovery頻道來華北電力大學工程生態學與非線性科學研究中心進行專訪，報導了國家“十一五”重大水體污染與治理重大專項“南四湖生態修複課題”成果在南水北調東線治污中的套用。
