華北電力大學環境研究院副院長、工程生態學與非線性科學研究中心主任、二級教授、博士生導師,日本東京大學博士和研究員,加拿大Regina大學工學院訪問教授,東北師範大學生命學院兼職教授,國家水體污染控制與治理科技重大專項河流主題組專家,生物多樣性保護國際合作夥伴項目中央層面調控專家。

(3) 2010年10月,國務院新聞八局介紹美國Discovery頻道來華北電力大學工程生態學與非線性科學研究中心進行專訪,報導了國家“十一五”重大水體污染與治理重大專項“南四湖生態修複課題”成果在南水北調東線治污中的套用。
