人物經歷

2007年畢業於山東大學踏邀料;
2015年獲得美國凱斯西儲大學生物化學博士學位;
2015-2020年在美國哈佛大學幹細胞與可再生生定祖備物學系任職博士後,從事哺乳動物皮膚幹細胞調控與皮膚去龍她和毛髮再生的研究。曾先後獲得哈佛大學傑出教學獎和Charles A. King Trust博士後獎金。

學術成果

成體乾細龍棵估企胞對維持身體組織器官的更新和修復起到核心作用。張兵博士的工作重點是利用哺乳動物皮膚幹細胞作為模型系統,研究組織器官內充擊束各類細胞之間的相互作用機制,以及這些機制如何控制器官發育,組織再生和傷口修復。主要學術成果包括:
1. 闡明了在毛囊再生過程中,不同細胞之間的協調生長機制(Zhang et al., Gene and Development 2016),對了解複雜器官的發育和再生具有重要意義。
2. 發現了交感神經系統對幹細胞活動的直接調控機制 (Zhang et al., Nature 2020),對了解精神壓力對組織器官再生和修復的影響提供新的思路。
3. 發展測試各類基因組學和基因編輯方法在皮膚和毛囊組織再生中的套用。

研究方向

研究方向主要集中在以下三個方面:
1. 神經系統與成體幹細胞的相互作用機辨遙酷捆制和生理功能;
2. 身屑葛體的系統性因子(如精神壓力,衰老等)對幹細胞及組織器官再生的影響機制;
3. 哺乳動物皮膚和毛髮的再生機制。
