個人簡介
在Cell、Nature、Cell Stem Cell等國際著名學術期刊發表研究論文百餘篇,SCI他引4700餘次,H-index為30。2006年獲得
國家傑出青年科學基金資助。2009年和2010年分別獲得上海市自然科學一等獎和教育部自然科學一等獎。2009年和2011年分別獲得上海市科技領軍人才和優秀學科帶頭人稱號。2011年,作為首席科學家獲得國家科技部“幹細胞研究”重大科研計畫項目;作為負責人獲得教育部創新團隊發展計畫資助;同年,當選海市首屆十大校園“科研新星”和上海市楊浦區第十五屆人大代表。2012年,當選同濟大學醫學與生命科學學部“我心目中的好導師”。2013年,當選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才,獲
國務院政府特殊津貼。2014年獲中組部
萬人計畫,同濟大學師德師風優秀教師和育才教育二等獎。2016年獲上海市育才獎,國家科技部“幹細胞基礎及轉化研究”重大研發計畫首席科學家。中國細胞生物學會醫學細胞生物學會理事,
中國解剖學會醫學發育生物學分會副理事長。
研究方向
1、幹細胞全能性形成、基因組穩定性及向神經和心肌定向分化的表觀遺傳機制(非編碼RNA、組蛋白修飾和DNA甲基化等)
2、腫瘤形成的信號轉導、免疫和表觀遺傳機制
