項目摘要
本項目擬對幾類重要的有機化學反應的機理進行研究，希望能從分子層次對這些反應的詳細過程以及這些反應的熱力學,動力學,反應決速步,反應立體和位置選擇性等進行研究. 本項目所選擇的幾類重要的有機化學反應包括:（1）過渡金屬催化的環加成反應；（2）金屬卡賓參與的碳-碳鍵和碳-雜原子鍵的形成反應，共軛雙烯導向的碳氫鍵活化反應；(3) 金屬催化的1,n-烯炔骨架環化重排反應；（4）金屬催化的氧氣參與的脫氫反應與加氧反應；（5）有機小分子催化的三氯氫矽還原亞胺的不對稱反應. 該研究將主要利用計算化學，輔以實驗技術手段研究這些反應的反應機理,實現對以上反應機理的系統性認識和積累. 同時該研究還希望能從這些機理研究的基礎上設計一些新的反應和催化劑, 並通過計算和實驗來研究它們的可行性。
