屈紹建，男，漢族，1978年6月出生，籍貫山東鄒城，全日制研究生，理學博士，2005年10月加入中國共產黨，2008年7月參加工作。
現任南京信息工程大學管理工程學院龍山學者特聘教授，博士生導師，西安交通大學“優秀博士畢業生”，新加坡國立大學和哈爾濱工業大學雙博士後,哈爾濱工業大學副教授（破格），新加坡國立大學亞太物流研究院和商學院研究員，上海市東方學者特聘教授。
