伊娃·羅莎莉恩（Dr. Eva Rosalene）和尼爾·沃茨博士（Dr. Neil Watts）有一份非常特殊的工作：他們可以給人們重活一次的機會，從人生的最開始重頭來過，當然這個機會只存在於將死之人的頭腦里。
由於其帶來的嚴重後果，新的人工記憶將取代真實記憶成為病人臨終前記住的事， 所以通過修改記憶去滿足人們最後願望的這種技術只能對臨死的人實施。

《尋找天堂》是《去月球》系列作品的第二部完整劇集。 這次故事跟隨醫生們的新病人——科林（Colin）的一生而展開，他們試圖揭開這位病人一分為二的生活，實現他看上去自相矛盾的最後願望。
