1、主持2015年青年自然科學基金項目“小葉楊回響高溫與乾旱複合逆境脅迫DNA甲基化表觀遺傳調控”(經費25萬,時間2015-2018)。
2、主持北京市優秀人才資助計畫課題“毛白楊雌雄花器官DNA甲基化差異修飾及其轉錄調控作用”(經費6萬,時間2013-2015)。
