人物經歷

2006年畢業於西北農林科技大學葡萄酒學院,獲釀酒工程和文秘學士學位;
2009年畢業於西北農林科技大學葡萄酒學院,獲發酵工程碩士學位;
2013年3月畢業於日本北海道大學綜合化學學院,獲生物化學工學博士學位;
2013年3月-至今在西北農林科技大學葡萄酒學院從事葡萄酒微生物學的教學和科研工作。

教學工作

主要承擔《葡萄與葡萄酒專業外語》、《葡萄酒工藝學》課程。參與承擔《葡萄酒微生物學》、《葡萄酒工藝學實驗》、《葡萄酒後期管理》、《高級微生物學》、《葡萄酒學進展》等課程的教學。

研究方向

葡萄酒生境下的酵母代謝;葡萄酒工藝及質量控制。
