夏曉明，男，博士，副教授，碩士生導師，入選“1512”第三層次人才。2006年獲得農藥學博士學位，2006.7-2011.7在山東棉花研究中心工作（先後任植保室副主任、主任）。2015.7-2016.7，在美國奧本大學做訪問學者。現任植保學院農藥系副主任。
修訂山東省地方標準（DB37/T159-2010）1項，申請國家發明專利3項，授權國家發明專利1項。在Pest Management Science，Crop protection, International Journal of Food Microbiology, Journal of Pesticide Science，昆蟲學報，農藥學學報，果樹學報，農藥環境科學學報等國內外學術刊物上發表文章30餘篇。
