塞繆爾·巴奈特

塞繆爾·巴奈特生於英國倫敦，後再北約克郡的小鎮惠特白長大，父親有著波蘭猶太人血統，母親是貴格會教徒。他從十歲開始學習演唱和舞蹈，後曾就讀於倫敦西區著名的表演學校倫敦音樂戲劇學院LAMDA(London Academy of Dramatic Arts and Sciences)。他是五個孩子中的一個。

Alan Bennett（ 阿蘭·本奈特）的戲劇<The History Boys>（《歷史男孩》），巴奈特是從一開始就參與進來的，先後在倫敦、美國百老匯、華盛頓、悉尼以及香港等地演出該劇，場場爆滿，為此獲得過戲劇書桌獎和被托尼獎提名。2006年電影版的<The History Boys>(《高校男生/歷史男孩》)讓他獲得了英國獨立電影獎的最具潛質新人獎提名。

另外巴奈特客串過幾部英國電視劇，08年在HBO歷史劇《約翰·亞當斯》中扮演了總統的小兒子托馬斯·亞當斯。他在2010年4月20日到7月4日-在國家大劇院出現演Women Beware Women由Thomas Middleton.
