項目摘要

採用新的思路，設計合成能夠將雙或多金屬試劑或催化體系與非活性化學鍵選擇性地鎖定在近距離的新反應體系，以及利用外來試劑對金屬有機化合物的配體的進攻，使配體的化學鍵發生斷裂或撕裂，發現選擇性切斷碳-碳鍵骨架（包括具有重要意義的特殊分子如C60、茂金屬化合物中茂基配體的碳-碳鍵骨架、以及芳香環體系如苯環和萘環的碳-碳鍵骨架切斷甚至撕裂）、碳-雜原子鍵（包括碳-氧鍵、碳-鹵鍵、碳-氮鍵和碳-矽鍵等）和基於後過渡金屬催化的芳香碳-氫鍵的一些新途徑和新策略，深入研究切斷以上化學鍵的反應機理，總結出一些規律；實現一些基於非活性化學鍵的選擇性切斷的合成化學新反應、新方法。
